捏脊配合调胃化食散穴位贴敷治疗小儿积滞症75例

摘　　要：目的 观察小儿捏脊配合调胃化食散穴位贴敷治疗小儿积滞症的临床疗效.方法 将小儿积滞症135随机分为治疗组75例,对照组60例.治疗组用小儿捏脊,操作方法：两手沿脊柱两旁,由下而上连续地挟提肌肤,边捏边向前推进,自尾骶部开始,一直捏到项枕部为止.重复3～5遍后,再按揉肾俞穴2～3次.每天捏脊1次,6次为一个疗程,同时应用调胃化食散取适量药末用温开水调成稠膏状敷于神阙穴,外用胶布固定,1d更换1次,1次6～8小时,连敷6天为一疗程,2个疗程后,统计疗效.对照组予小儿肠胃康颗粒口服,观察时间同治疗组.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.67％,对照组总有效率为75.00％,两组对照有显著性差异.结论 小儿捏脊配合调胃化食散穴位贴敷治疗小儿积滞症疗效显著,体现了中医外治疗法的临床疗效以及在儿科疾病中的应用,解决了小儿服药难的问题,避免了一些口服药产生的毒副作用.Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of pediatric stagnant syndrome treated by therapy pediatric knead ridge and acupoint sticking with Tiaowei Huashi Powder. Methods 135 cases of pediatric stagnant syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group of 75 cases and the control group of 60 cases. Treatment group with infantile knead ridge, the operation method： both hands on both sides along the spine, is continuously held at the bottom of skin, kneading and move forward, since end of lumbosacral region, has been to knead until an occipital. Repeat after 3~5 times, then knead shenshu point 2~3 times. Knead ridge 1 times a day, six times for a period of treatment, and applied Tiaowei Huashi Powder at the end of the proper medicine with warm boiled water into a thick paste apply CV 8point, external use tape fixed, 1 d replacement, 1 time 6~8 hours, even apply 6 days for a period of treatment, after two course of treat-ment, statistical results. Control group take the Pediatric Gastrointestinal Kang Granule orally, treatment group with the same observation time. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 94.67%, control group total effective rate was 75.00%, and two groups have significant difference. Conclusion Pediatric knead ridge with adjustable gastric food scattered acupoint sticking therapy of pediatric stagnant disease curative effect is distinct, reflect the clinical curative effect of TCM external therapy as well as the application in the pediatric disease, solved the problem of the difficult pediatric medicine, avoid side effects of some oral medications.
