针刺结合复方芦荟胶囊治疗抗精神病药致便秘30例

摘　　要：目的观察针药结合治疗抗精神病药所致便秘的临床疗效。方法 将60例抗精神病药所致便秘的患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组给予针刺合用复方芦荟胶囊治疗,对照组单用复方芦荟胶囊口服治疗,10天为一疗程。结果治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%,疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论针药结合治疗抗精神病药所致便秘有较好的临床疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To observe acupuncture combined with tr aditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of constipation caused by antipsychotics. Methods 60 cases of constipation patients caused by antisychotics were randomly divided into a treatment group（ n =30） and a control group（ n =30）. The treatment group take acupuncture and Compound Aloe Capsule, the control group take orally Compound Aloe Capsule. Course of the treatment is for ten day. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 83.3%, higher than66.7% in control group with remarkable difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Treatment of acupuncture combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for constipation caused by antipsychotics have better clinical curative effect,and it is worth for clinical application.
