推拿三部曲在协同护理小儿厌食症中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨推拿三部曲在治疗小儿厌食症的应用和疗效.方法 将90例1～6岁厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,在落实常规护理基础上,分别应用口服药物、实施推拿三部曲治疗.结果 两组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,两组患儿治疗后临床疗效、体重、进食量有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 推拿三部曲可提高小儿厌食症的治疗护理效果.Objective To investigate application and efficacy of massage trilogy therapy for infantile anorexia. Methods On the basis of the implementation of routine care,90 cases of anorexia in children 1~6 years old were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group is 45 cases, Oral drugs were applied in control group, While Massage trilogy were applied in treatment group. Results The difference of the overall efficiency was statistically significant as well as the difference of clinical efficacy, weight, food intake be-tween the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Massage trilogy can improve the care effection in anorexia.
