浅谈癫狂梦醒汤的临床应用——吉林省首届名老中医经验继承学习有感

摘　　要：探讨了郭洪仁教授临证活用癫狂梦醒汤(出自《医林改错》)的经验。对癫狂梦醒汤的方义进行了详细的解析,并附郭洪仁教授活用本方的验案两则,一则为《伤寒论》中"蓄血发狂"之属的狂证,一则为痰气郁结型的癫证。This paper discusses clinical experience of Diankuang Mengxing Tang（from booke of Yilin Gaicuo） by Professor Guo Hongren. The article makes a detailed analysis for Diankuang Mengxing Tang, and record two cases of the dedoction using activityly by Pro-fessor Guo Hongren, one is for mania of ＂ jaundice due to blood storage＂ in febrile disease, the other is for depressive psychosis of stagnation due to phlegm.
