摘　　要：目的新型标准Solar GI胃肠动力仪缺乏规范的测压操作流程,测压导管的清洁、消毒灭菌及维护缺乏系统规范的指南,该研究通过临床大样本志愿者实验制定Solar GI胃肠动力仪测压操作及测压导管消毒流程指南。方法该研究回顾性分析胃肠动力室进行的40例健康志愿者胃-十二指肠测压,总结梳理新型Solar GI胃肠动力仪在测压全过程中注意要点,规范测压操作流程管理。结果完善插管前准备及规范测压操作,40例健康志愿者测压实验进行顺利,插管所需时间平均为1 h,成功率高达100%。该消毒方法能很好的消毒测压导管,能确保导管无菌。研究结果真实、可靠。结论充分的用物准备、操作者自身准备、规范的操作规程、测压过程中的密切观察及测压后导管的消毒,维护和保养,是新型胃肠动力仪测压成功的关键。【Objective】As there is lack of normative manometry, cleaning and disinfection procedure of Solar GI, the present study was to set up a standard procedure with large sample clinical manometry test.【Methods】The details and notes of the whole implementation of 40 volunteers of gastrointestinal menometry in department of gastrointestinal dynamic were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】All of the manometry tests were successful on basis of strict operating guidance, and the average intubation time was one hour; The percentage was up to 100%. The way of disinfection could make the catheter sterile. And the results gained were true.【Conclusion】The successful manometry is full preparation of articles, operators, normative procedure, close observation and catheter disinfection.
