外科手术用防粘连冲洗液在普外科术中应用

摘　　要：目的研究外科手术用防粘连冲洗液在普外科手术后腹腔粘连中的预防效果。方法选取2012年1月-2014年6月共350例于浙江省海宁市人民医院住院进行普外科手术的患者,将其半随机分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组患者术中预防性使用防粘连冲洗液,对照组患者未采用任何措施。对比两组术前、术后阳性体征发生率,B超检查下粘连发生率,术后白细胞计数增高率,术后首次排气时间及术后首次排便时间等指标。结果预防性使用防粘连冲洗液的研究组患者的术前、术后阳性体征发生率,B超检查下粘连发生率,术后首次排气时间及术后首次排便时间均优于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而术后白细胞计数增高率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外科手术中采用防粘连冲洗液可有效预防术后腹腔粘连的发生。【Objective】To study the prevention effect of surgical antiblocking rinses in general surgical operation.【Methods】A total of 350 cases, who would take general surgical operation between January 2012 and June 2014,were half-randomly divided into the study group and the control group, the patients in the study group used surgical anti-blocking rinses during operation, while the patients in the control group did not. The preoperative and postoperative indices were compared between both groups, which included the incidence of positive signs, the incidence of conglutination with B-type ultrasound, postoperative WBC count increasing rate, the first postoperative exhaust time and the first postoperative defecation time.【Results】The preoperative and postoperative incidences of positive signs,the preoperative and postoperative incidences of conglutination with B-type ultrasound, the first postoperative exhaust time, the first postoperative defecation time of the research group were all better than those of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）, while the postoperative WBC count increasing rate of the research group was similar to that of the control group（P〉0.05）.【Conclusions】Application of antiblocking rinses during general surgical operation could effectively prevent postoperative abdominal adhesion.
