摘　　要：城市文化是与农村文化相区别的空间指向性文化形态,是一个国家或地区文明程度的重要标志,也代表着城市的精神风貌和整体形象。它有着特殊的历史记忆、多元的开放格局、强大的辐射能力、完整的规范体系。目前我国城市文化建设面临的主要问题是城市景观建设千篇一律,城市人文精神弘扬不力,城市创意产业后劲不足,城市文化生活单调乏味。对此,我们在城市建设与文化资源的开发中必须传承传统文化,守望城市的文化精神,强化对本地区城市文化的认同,彰显城市文化的时代魅力。加强社区文化建设,其重中之重是精神文化服务,包括遵纪守法教育、理想信念教育、科普知识宣传、生活环境改善、文娱体育活动、健康卫生知识普及、社区安全教育等等。在城市创意产业建设方面,广泛开辟投融资渠道,扩大国内国际两个市场,更好地发挥创意产业在经济发展方式转变中的动力引擎功能,彰显文化产业或创意产业在'保增长、扩内需、调结构、促改革、惠民生'中的特殊作用。Urban culture is a spatial directivity of cultural forms different to rural cultural construction,it is an important symbol of a country or region civilization degree,also represents the spirit and the overall image of the city.It has special historical memory,diversified pattern of opening,strong radiation ability,completely specification system.At present our country city culture construction the main problem is the urban landscape construction,same city,lack of humanistic spirit to carry forward the city creative industry lagged,urban cultural life tedious.To this,we in the urban construction and the development of cultural resources must be inheriting traditional culture,and watch the city's cultural spirit,strengthen the region urban cultural identity,reveal the era of urban cultural charm.To strengthen the construction of community culture and its top priority is the spiritual and cultural services,including education,the law and the ideal faith education,popular science knowledge propaganda and living environment improvement,recreational sports activities,health literacy,community safety education and so on.Creative industries in the city construction,wide open investment and financing channels,and expand both the domestic and international markets,better play to the creative industries in power engine functions in the transformation of economic development patterns and reveals the cultural industry and creative industry in the 'growth,expanding domestic demand,adjust structure,promoting reform,livelihood' the special role.In the aspect of enterprise culture construction,this paper is to develop new people-oriented management concept,persist in innovation and lifelong training learning concept and strong sense of integrity.
