摘  要:以碗莲品种‘红霞’为试验材料,研究了不同质量浓度的生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)和细胞分裂素(6-BA)对其生长和开花的影响,并测定了其生长过程中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等酶活性的变化。结果表明:经150 mg·L-1IAA处理后显著增加了碗莲的开花数量并促进其提早开花,在该处理下SOD和POD活性在花期显著提高;经150 mg·L-1GA3处理后则延缓落花期,SOD和PPO活性在开花前期显著提高,之后仍保持较高水平;经100 mg·L-16-BA处理后对碗莲的营养生长促进作用最好,主要表现为立叶数、叶面积和叶高绝对生长率均有显著增加,CAT活性在初花期保持较高水平。同时,经50mg·L-1GA3和150 mg·L-16-BA处理后对开花数量和提前开花也有明显的促进作用。We used bowl lotus ‘Hongxia'as the materials to study the effects of different concentrations of hormone(auxin,gibberellin and cytokinin) on the growth and flowering.And we also observed the SOD,POD,PPO and CAT activities during the growth.The treatment of 150 mg·L-1IAA increased the number of flowers and advanced flower time.The SOD and the POD activities significantly increased during flowering date.The treatment of 150 mg·L-1GA3 delayed the fading date and the SOD,PPO activities significantly increased during the first-flowering date,then kept the high level.The treatment of 100 mg·L-16-BA promoted the vegetative growth,and the leaf numbers,the area and the height were increased significantly.The CAT activity kept the high level during the first-flowering date.The treatments of 50 mg·L-1GA3and150 mg·L-16-BA also preferably increased the flower numbers and promoted flowering earlier.
