黄花松松籽壳色素的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：以黄花松松籽壳为试材,采用溶剂浸提法对其色素提取工艺进行初探,研究溶剂浓度、提取温度和提取时间等因素对黄花松松籽壳中色素提取效果的影响。结果表明:溶剂浸提法的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%,提取时间120min,提取温度70℃。Taking nut of Laxix olgensis Henry as test materials,the extraction process of pigment from pine nut shell was discussed using solvent extraction.The following factors influence the extraction effects of pigment from pine nut shell,such as solvent concentration,extraction temperature and extraction time were studied.The results showed that,the optimum condition for extraction process of solvent extraction were ethanol concentration 50%,extraction time120 minutes,extraction temperature 70℃.
