摘　　要：2013年4月20日芦山Ms7.0级地震20多天后,中国地震局工程力学研究所科学考察组针对芦山地震灾区设计了一套关于地震社会影响的调查问卷,目的是调查芦山地震造成的社会影响情况、对灾民生活影响情况、以及震后灾民的精神状况,为建立地震灾害社会影响评估模型提供依据。调查了地震现场高、中、低烈度区内不同受教育程度、性别、年龄的各类人员共94人,分类统计了震后灾民的应急反应、心理状态、生产生活影响情况等,表明目前我国防震减灾科普和宣传教育工作不足;公众对地震中有效的避险常识的匮乏;生命线系统的恢复时间与烈度有关,烈度越高的区域内,其功能恢复的时间越长;公众自愿参加地震保险的意愿很低。For investigating the social influence of disaster area, spirit and life influence of disaster victims, the questionnaire survey was designed by the scientific ？ investigating group from IEM （Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration） more than 20 days after the Lu Shan Ms 7.0 earthquake. The purpose is to provide foundation data for building up the models of earthquake disaster society influence. The questionnaire survey contents mainly includes investigating the psychological state, emergency reactions, production and life influence of the victims that they are located in the different earthquake intensity area, subjected to levels of education, sex and age. A total of 94 questionnaires were recycled. The results showed that the popular science and propaganda education work of earthquake disaster mitigation are insufficient in our country at present, the public is the lack of effective safety common sense avoiding earthquake danger, lifeline system recovery time is associated with earth- quake intensity, the public willingness to participate in the earthquake insurance is very low.
