圆柱形相变蓄热单元性能的理论与数值研究

摘　　要：对以石蜡为相变材料的圆柱形蓄热单元进行三维计算流体力学仿真并进行验证,研究蓄热单元的高度和内外半径尺寸对蓄热时间影响变化规律的同时提出理论计算方法,结果表明计算结果与模拟吻合较好,计算误差随蓄热时间增加而增大,当蓄热时间在104s以内时误差小于6%,可满足工程需要,为相变蓄热器的设计与开发奠定理论基础。The phase change material in paraffin as a cylindrical heat storage unit three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics simulation and verified to study the variation of the height and size of the inner and outer radii of the regenerative heat storage unit affected by the same time raised theoretical calculation, simulation results show good agreement with the calculated results, calculation error increases with the increase of the heat storage time, the time when the heat storage time within 104 s, the accumulator error is less than 6%, to meet project needs, the phase change heat storage design and development has laid a theoretical foundation.
