摘　　要：目的了解浦东新区外来务工子弟小学学生视力情况,为完善学龄流动儿童视力预防保健服务提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对上海市浦东新区6所外来务工子弟小学共2 970名学生开展视力检查。对714名初查中疑似视力不良的学生开展复查,其中461名学生在家长知情同意的情况下进行散瞳验光。结果小学生视力不良率为52.5%,散瞳率为64.6%,复查近视率为40.6%。随着年级的升高,小学生裸眼视力与球镜度数逐步降低,眼轴逐渐增加。无论是否散瞳,学生近视程度与年级增长有明显的伴随趋势。结论外来务工子弟小学学生近视率随着年级的上升而增加。学校需重点关注高年级学生并开展针对性健康教育。眼防保健部门应加大对于散瞳验光技术的开发以及对广大学生家长的正确引导,学校动员学生家长积极主动配合并参与儿童正确读写姿势的培养。Objective To learn visual acuity of children in students of migrant schools in Pudong,to improve vision preventive health services for migrant children of school age,and to promote equality in prevention and treatment for eye diseases in public health services.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method,a total of 2970 students in six schools for children of migrant workers went through visual inspection.Carry out review for 714 students of suspected low vision in the preliminary investigation,including dilated optometry for 461 students in the case of parental informed consent.Results The rate of poor vision was52.5%,dilation was 64.6%,myopia in the review was 40.6%.Visual acuity and spherical degree gradually reduced,axial gradually increased as grades went higher.Whether or not dilated,the degree of myopia and students＇ grade accompanied significantly.Conclusion Degree of myopia of migrant students increases with grades,schools need to focus on high school students and carry out targeted health education.Eye protection and health care department should increase technology development for dilated optometry as well as correct guidance for majority of parents.Schools should mobilize parents to actively cooperate and participate in the training of children to read and write in the correct posture,build a family,school,social trinity vision preventive health care system.
