摘 要:青藏高寒地区年平均气温低,温差大,冻融循环频繁,沥青路面性能要求不同于一般地区.通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验及车辙试验,分析了沥青种类、级配类型、公称最大粒径类型对青藏高寒地区沥青混合料水稳定性及高温性能的影响.结果表明:SBS110#改性沥青的混合料的残留稳定度最大,SBS70#改性沥青最小,随着针入度等级的提高,沥青混合料的冻融劈裂强度比减小;SBS改性沥青混合料的高温性能最好,复合改性次之,SBR改性最差;AC-13沥青混合料级配范围中值的冻融劈裂强度比与动稳定度最大;AC-13沥青混合料的水稳定性及高温性能优于AC-20与AC-25.在青藏高寒地区选用针入度等级不高且具有骨架密实结构的SBS改性沥青混合料或SBS/SBR复合改性沥青混合料,将沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度比的要求提高为85%,有利于提高沥青混合料的水稳定性和高温性能.In Qinghai-Tibet cold regions,the annual average temperature is low,temperature difference is large and freeze-thawcycles is frequent. So the requirements of asphalt pavement performance in these regions are different from other regions. The influences of asphalt type,granular composition and nominal maximum particle size on water stability and high temperature performance of asphalt mixture were analyzed by Marshall immersion test,freeze-thawsplitting test and wheel tracking test. The experiment results showthat the residue stability of SBS110# modified asphalt mixture is the maximum,the SBS70 # modified asphalt is the minimum. With the penetration grades increasing,freeze-thawsplitting strength ratio of asphalt mixture decreases. The high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture is the best,followed by composite modified one,and SBR modified one is the worst. Freeze-thawsplitting strength ratio as well as dynamic stability of AC-13 at medium gradation range attains the maximum value. The high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture AC-13 is better than AC-20 and AC-25. It turned out to be that applying SBS modified asphalt mixture or SBS /SBR compound modified asphalt that having lowpenetration grade and skeleton dense structure as well as increasing feeze-thawsplitting strength ratio to 85% can improve water stability and high temperature performance of mixtures under freeze-thawconditions.
