摘 要:采用二步法工艺合成了高固含量的脂肪族高效减水剂,并以柠檬酸对脂肪族高效减水剂进行了接枝改性。考察了固含量、原材料摩尔比、缩合反应温度、缩合反应时间等合成条件对减水剂性能的影响,并用IR对减水剂的分子结构进行表征,以GPC表征减水剂的相对分子质量及其分布。结果显示,此工艺合成的高固含量脂肪族高效减水剂减水与保坍性能要优于低固含量及市售的脂肪族高效减水剂。The high solid content aliphatic superplasticizer was synthesized by the two-step method technology, and the aliphatic superplasticizer was grafted by citric acid. The influence of solid content,molar ratio of raw materials,condensation reaction temperature and condensation reaction time on the performance of allphatic superplasticizer was investigated. The structure was characterized by means of IR. The relative molecule mass and its distribution of the superplasticizer was measured by GPC. The results show that the water-reducing and slump retaining performance of high solid content aliphatic superplasticizer by this synthetic technology was better than the low solid content and commercially available aliphatic superplasticizer.
