摘 要:通过物理试验与数值模拟的方法,对小麦秸秆压缩块进行一维等温吸湿性能的研究,并利用数值模拟方法,分析相对湿度对小麦秸秆压缩块一维等温吸湿性能的影响。结果表明,物理实验与数值模拟结果吻合较好,小麦秸秆压缩块在前20 h吸湿速度最快,小麦秸秆压缩块1/3、1/2宽度处分别在40、50 h后内外湿度达到平衡,随着外部环境相对湿度的增大,小麦秸秆压缩块吸湿速度加快,小麦秸秆压缩块在高湿环境下吸湿能力更强。In this paper, research one dimensional isothermal moisture absorption performance of compressed wheat straw block by physical experiment and numerical simulation method, and analyze the effect of relative humidity on one dimensional isothermal moisture absorption performance of compressed wheat straw block by numerical simulation methods,the results of physical experiment and numerical simu|ation are in good agreement. Data showed that the compressed wheat straw block fastest moisture absorption in the top 20 hours,the humidity of inside and outside arrive balance after 40 and 50 hours at 1/3 and 1/2 width of the compressed wheat straw block,with the increase of relative humidity of external environment, the moisture absorption rate of compressed wheat straw block increased'the compressed wheat straw block shows stronger moisture absorption ability under high humidity environment.
