摘　　要：信托业是中国金融体系的重要组成部分,一旦信托业发生系统性风险,将严重威胁到我国金融体系的安全性问题。对此,应当尽快建立信托业风险运营效率评价体系,以此来提升对信托业风险运营效率的监测功能。文章分析了中国信托公司风险运营质量现状,在此基础上,设计了中国信托公司风险运营效率评价指标体系,并选取来自中国信托业68家机构2013年度运营数据,运用因子分析法对中国信托公司风险运营效率评价进行了实证分析。研究发现,偿债与资产经营能力,信托业务盈利能力与风险控制能力是中国信托公司风险运营效率评价的主要影响因子,以此为依据给出了中国信托公司风险运营效率的综合评价结果及政策建议。Trust industry has become an important part of Chinese financial system. Once the trust industry has systematic risk,the safety of Chinese financial system will be seriously threatened. Therefore,the evaluation system on the risk operation efficiency of trust industry must be built as soon as possible to raise its supervision and measure functions in raising risk operation efficiency of trust industry. This paper analyzes the current situation on the risk operation quality of Chinese trust companies. Based on this,it designs the evaluation indicator system on the risk operation efficiency of Chinese trust companies,selects the operation data of68 trust companies in 2013 and empirically analyzes the risk operation efficiency evaluation of Chinese trust companies by factor analysis method. The research finds that repaying debts and asset operating capacity,the profit-making capacity and risk-controlling capacity of trust businesses are the main influencing factors of the risk operation efficiency evaluation of Chinese trust companies. The comprehensive evaluation results on the risk operation efficiency of Chinese trust companies are given out and the relevant policy suggestions are put forward based on this.
