天津市北辰区社区老年人高血压和糖尿病及血脂异常患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析2011-2013年天津市北辰区社区老年人高血压、糖尿病及血脂异常患病情况,为社区慢病管理提供依据。方法利用2011-2013年天津市北辰区果园新村街社区卫生服务中心对60岁以上居民共20 780人的体检数据,分析高血压、糖尿病及血脂异常的患病情况。结果 2011-2013年分别有6 404、7 299和7 077名老年人参加体格检查。2011-2013年高血压标化患病率分别为60.78%、54.74%和57.97%,总体患病率呈下降趋势,2011年和2012年高血压标化患病率女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2011-2013年糖尿病标化患病率分别为19.23%、20.59%和25.09%,患病率呈上升趋势,女性标化患病率均高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2011-2013年血脂异常标化患病率分别为39.80%、52.30%和62.35%,患病率呈上升趋势,女性标化患病率均高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2011-2013年果园新村街社区卫生服务中心对60岁以上居民高血压的预防及控制效果较好,但糖尿病、血脂异常的防控工作还需进一步加强。Objective To analyze the morbidities of hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia among the elder residents in community of Beichen district in Tianjin during 2011-2013 and to provide the base for chronic diseases management. Methods The physical examination data of the elder residents（60 years old） from the Community Health Center of Orchard Xin Cun Street in Beichen district of Tianjin from 2011 to 2013 were used to analyze the morbidities of hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia.Results From 2011 to 2013, the physical examinations of 6 404, 7 299 and 7 077 elder residents were performed. The standardized morbidities of hypertension were 60.78%, 54.74% and 57.97%, respectively. The standardized morbidities of hypertension in females were significantly higher than those in males（P〈0.01）. The standardized morbidities of diabetes were 19.23%, 20.59%and 25.09%, respectively. The standardized morbidities of diabetes in females were significantly higher than those in males（P〈0.01）. The standardized morbidities of dyslipidemia were 39.80%, 52.30% and 62.35%, respectively. The standardized morbidities of dyslipidemia in females were significantly higher than those in males（P 0.01）. Conclusion From 2011 to 2013, the Community Health Center of Orchard Xin Cun Street effectively prevented and controlled the hypertension in the elder residents（60 years old）. However, it is necessary to pay more attention to preventing and controlling the diabetes and dyslipidemia.
