摘　　要：目的：建立含银杏药妆品中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ODS-2HYPERSIL,流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液（50∶50,V/V）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30Ⅺ,进样量为20μl。结果：槲皮素的进样量在0.011 3~0.067 8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 6）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈2%;平均加样回收率为97.88%,RSD为0.67%（n=9）。结论：该方法准确、稳定、重复性好,可用于银杏药妆品的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for content determination of guercetin in cosmeceuticals containing ginkgo.METHODS：RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on ODS-2HYPERSIL column with mobile phase of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid（50∶50,V/V）at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 360 nm,the column temperature was 30 Ⅺ and the volume was 20 μl. RESULTS：There was a good linear relationship between the volume of quercetin and peak area in the range of 0.011 3-0.067 8 μg（r=0.999 6）. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests was all less than 2%. Average recovery rate was 97.88%（RSD=0.67%,n=9）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of cosmeceuticals containing ginkgo.
