摘　　要：目的揭示农村居民对各级医疗机构就医需求的经济规律,为制定更加合理的决策提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法在广东省四会市的13个乡镇(街道)共调查了1179户农村家庭,共4433人,获得基线资料后采用Probit概率回归模型来拟合数据,测算出农村居民对各级医院的需求价格弹性与交叉弹性系数。结果门诊、卫生院、二级医院和三级医院的住院需求自价格弹性分别为-0.1741、-0.2641、-0.6753和-0.4292;门诊需求分别与卫生院和二级医院住院价格的交叉弹性系数为0.1254和0.1502。结论样本地区农村居民的医疗需求处于缺乏弹性状态;新农合的报销方案需要调整,从而引导农村居民合理就医。Objective To explore the economic laws of rural residents＇ healthcare demand for three levels hospitals,thus to provide references for further adjusting the medical service demand reasonably in the future. Methods A multi-stage sampling household survey w as conducted in Sihui County,Guangdong Province,and 4433 rural residents from 1179 households in 13 tow ns w ere surveyed by self-designed questionnaire to collect information. The Probit regression model w as applied in fitting data and then estimating the ow n-price elasticity and cross elasticity of healthcare demand for outpatient and inpatient. Results The ow n-price elasticities of demand for outpatient visit,inpatient visit in the tow nship hospital center,secondary hospital and tertiary hospital w ere-0. 1741,-0. 2641,-0. 6753 and-0. 4292,respectively. The outpatient demand w as affected by the per visit price of tow nship hospital center and secondary hospital,the cross-price elasticities of demand for outpatient visit w ere0. 1254 and 0. 1502. Conclusion The healthcare demand w as in the lack of elasticity states in the sample county. The reimbursement scheme of the New Rural Cooperative M edical System need to optimize to guide the rural residents seeking treatment behavior reasonably.
