小学生城乡居民基本医疗保险满意度指数模型的考评

摘　　要：目的考评小学生城乡居民基本医疗保险满意度指数模型的信效度及其模型拟合度。方法从模型的信度、效度、模型的解释能力、模型的预测能力、模型潜变量的因果关系五个方面对模型进行考评。运用SPSS18.0进行模型的信度检验;运用Smart PLS2.0软件获得其路径系数、外部权重及因子载荷,考察各个潜变量以及潜变量与测量变量之间的关系,验证模型的合理性等。结果模型总体的Cronbach'sα信度系数为0.90,分半信度系数为0.85;各潜变量的平均方差提取率均大于0.64,且其平方根值大于潜变量间的相关系数;组合信度系数都均超过0.86;顾客满意度被其他潜变量解释的程度为0.63,且其冗余为0.45;除顾客满意度与顾客抱怨度之间的路径系数为负值外,其余潜变量间的路径系数都为正值;外部权重值均大于0.20,外部因子载荷值均大于0.70,且二者均有统计学意义。结论小学生城乡居民基本医疗保险满意度指数模型具有较好的信度和效度,模型解释能力与预测能力较好,能较全面、准确地反映小学生对于城乡居民基本医疗保险的满意度情况,是一个可靠、有效的满意度测量工具。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the satisfaction index model for Chinese pupils with basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents. Methods Evaluating the model from five aspects of reliability,validity,explanatory pow er,predictive ability and causal relationship betw een latent variables. SPSS18. 0 w ere used to conduct model reliability test and Smart PLS2. 0 w ere applied to get its path coefficient,outer w eights and factor loadings,to investigate the relationship betw een each latent variable and measured variables and verify the rationality of the model. Results Cronbach＇ s α of the model is 0. 90,split-half reliability coefficient is 0. 85 and the latent variable AVE values are greater than 0. 64,and the square root of the AVE value is greater than the correlation coefficient betw een the latent variables,the composite reliability coefficient is more than 0. 86. The degree of customer satisfaction explained by other latent variables is 0. 63 and the redundancy is 0. 45.The outer w eight values are greater than 0. 20 and the factor loading values are greater than 0. 70,both are statistically significant. Conclusion The satisfaction index model for Chinese pupils w ith basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents has good performance in reliability,validity,explanatory pow er and predictive ability aspects. It can reflect the satisfaction of pupils＇ basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents more comprehensive and accurately,w hich is a credible and effective satisfaction measurement tool.
