摘 要:2013年7月份,采用干漏斗法对浙西南山区3种不同经营强度下的毛竹林(粗放经营毛竹林、笋竹两用林和笋用林)的土壤动物群落结构进行调查。结果表明:随着毛竹林经营强度的增大,各功能种团土壤动物类群数、个体数明显下降;粗放经营的毛竹林和笋竹两用林土壤动物多样性指数、丰富度指数较高,毛竹笋用林相对较低,优势度指数在各经营强度间差异不显著(p>0.05);与粗放经营毛竹林相比,集约经营的毛竹笋用林地土壤密度增大,土壤有机质和全N质量分数降低。弹尾目、蜱螨目等主要优势类群,个体数与土壤密度呈负相关,与土壤p H值、有机质及全N质量分数呈正相关。We studied the structures and diversities of Phyllostachys edulis forests soil fauna under different management intensity in Southwest Zhejiang in July 2013,and used the modified Tullgren method to extract soil fauna based on field investigation. The soil fauna groups and individual numbers decreased with the increasing of management intensity. The ShannonWiener biodiversity index( H') and the Margalef richness index( D) were higher in extensive management Phyllostachys edulis forest and Phyllostachys edulis shoot and timber use forest than those in Phyllostachys edulis shoot forest,but there was no significant difference in Simpson index( Ds) of soil fauna between three management intensity types( p0.05).The individual numbers of Collembola and Acarina,the dominant groups in P. edulis forest,had negative linear correlation with soil bulk density,and positive linear correlations with soil pH,organic matter content and total nitrogen.
