止喘颗粒治疗缓解期肾阳虚型支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察止喘颗粒治疗肾阳虚型支气管哮喘缓解期患者的临床疗效。方法将90例支气管哮喘慢性缓解期患者随机分为对照组与止喘颗粒治疗组(简称治疗组),对照组患者给予平喘对症等西药基础治疗;治疗组患者在给予基础治疗的同时,加用止喘颗粒治疗,疗程为8周。观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、ACT评分和生活质量改变,观察肺功能变化情况。结果治疗组在改善支气管哮喘缓解期患者中医证候积分、ACT积分及哮喘发作控制和生活质量评分等方面的疗效,皆优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论止喘颗粒治疗缓解期肾阳虚型支气管哮喘临床疗效显著,可明显减轻症状,控制发作,提高患者生活质量,从而减缓疾病进展,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Anti-Asthma Granule for deficiency of kidney-YANG Bronchial Asthma during the remission period. METHODOLOGY 90 cases were randomly divided into control group and Anti-Asthma Granule group. The patients in the control group were given basic western medicine therapy only. The patients in the Anti-Asthma Granule group were given basic medicine therapy and also the Anti-Asthma Granule. All the treatments lasted for 8 weeks. It was to observe the following attributes before and after the treatments： scores of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine, scores of ACT, quality of life, and pulmonary function. RESULTS The Anti-Asthma Granule provides significant clinical efficacy for deficiency of kidney-YANG Bronchial Asthma during the remission period, which shows the benefit on symptom decreasing, asthmatic attack control, increasing of quality of life, and pretension of disease progression. It is worth of rolling out.
