石氏伤科“筋骨痹”理论对风湿病证治的启示

摘　　要：探讨石氏伤科"筋骨痹"理论对辨治风湿病证的启示。认为"筋骨痹"理论注重筋骨并治、内合肝肾、气血共调、兼祛外邪的临床证治法可用于治疗风湿病,在筋痹与骨痹的具体证治中又各有侧重。并举验案4则。This paper analyzes Shi＇s＂muscles and bones impediment＂theory for the treatment of rheumatic disease. It is believed that simultaneous treatment of the muscles and bones,liver and kidney,qi and blood should be focused on,and eliminating external evil should be combined with for the clinical treatment of rheumatic disease. Different locations such as muscles and bones should take into account in specific patterns. Four proven cases are presented.
