摘 要:通过正常线迹缝制与缺陷线迹模拟缝制两个方面对平缝301线迹的缝口进行拉伸测试,并比较缝口力学性能,揭示其工艺结构与牢固度之间的关系。研究结果表明:面料强力高于接缝强力时,缝纫线断裂;反之,面料破损。存在线迹缺陷时,线迹连结完整的接缝质量较高;存在接缝附近面料受损情况时,面料受损程度与接缝断裂强力、断裂伸长率和拉伸韧度成正比。The relationship between the structure and firmness of 301 stitch flat-seam is studied by the testing tensile and comparing the mechanical properties of non-defective and defective 301 stitch fiat seams. The result shows that when the fabric strength is higher than the seam strength, sewing thread damaged. Conversely, fabric damaged. In the presence of stitch defect, the seam of complete stitches shows higher quality, when there is damage in the fabric near the seam, the fabric damaging degree and the breaking strength as well as the breaking elongation and the tensile toughness are all proportional.
