摘 要:用艾叶纳米银溶胶对真丝织物进行抗菌整理,通过设计正交实验,考察浴比、时间、温度、艾叶纳米银溶胶的浓度这4个因素对整理后织物抗菌性能的影响,利用模糊数学模型分析正交实验结果,得出艾叶纳米银对真丝织物的最优抗菌整理工艺为:浴比1∶50,时间80 min,温度60℃,艾叶纳米银溶胶浓度1.0×10-3mol/L。通过对比抗菌整理工艺整理前后真丝织物的性能发现,经整理后的真丝织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有良好的抗菌效果,除白度有所下降外,保持了织物原有的优良性能。In this paper it use the nano-silver artemisia argyi in silk fabric for anti-bacterial finishing. Through design of orthogonal experiment, the four affect factors of liquor ratio, time duration, temperature and the concentration of nano-silver artemisia argyi on the antibacterial property of finished silk fabric are obtained. The optimal antibacterial finishing technology of silk fabric by nano-silver artemisia argyi is obtained by fuzzy mathematical model: the liquor ratio is 1 : 50, the time duration is 80min, the temperature is 60℃, and the concentration of nano-silver artemisia argyi solution is 1.0 × 10 ^-3 mol/L. By comparing the performances of silk fabric before and after finished, it is found that, after finished, the silk fabric is of a good bacteriostatic effect against E. coli and S. aureus, except for its whiteness being declined, the original performances of the silk fabric have all been kept.
