摘  要:为提高复合地基的加固效果并拓宽适用范围,融合载体桩、柔性桩和刚性桩的技术优点形成了多元桩复合地基。通过劲芯复合桩工作原理分析,优化了该复合地基的材料选择与结构组合,同时阐述了施工工艺流程和质量控制等技术环节,形成了夯扩载体劲芯桩多元复合地基新技术新工艺。分析表明,多元劲芯桩复合地基具有单桩承载力高、加固效果显著和适用性强等优点,较适合土层分布不均匀或承载力要求不一等特殊工况;还可消耗建筑垃圾等固体废弃物,减少砂石等天然建材用量,从而具有降低工程造价和保护生态环境等功效。In order to improve the reinforced effect of composite foundation and extend its application scope,the advantages of carrier,flexible and rigid piles have been integrated to design a multi-type-pile composite foundation.Based on the analysis of mechanical performance of rigid-cored pile,the choice of material and assembly of structure has been optimized.The construction flow chart and quality control also have been interpreted,and a new construction technology,namely Composite Foundation with Ramcompacted Carrier and Rigid-cored Piles,has been developed.The analysis show that this type of composite foundation has some advantages of higher bearing capacity,remarkable reinforced effect and extensive application scope,and it is applicable to some special cases in which the distribution of subgrade layer is non-uniform and criterion of bearing capacity is different.The proposed technology has a good virtue of project cost decrease and ecological condition protection since it enhances the disposal of building waste and decreases the consumption of natural aggregates.
