摘 要:暴风雪天气给交通环境带来不利影响,快速除雪防滑技术是保证畅通和安全的重要措施。研究首先通过分析快速除雪管理单元的划分影响因素,提出管理单元划分逻辑模型及快速除雪管理单元推荐标准;基于降雪量、路面积雪厚度及对交通运行的影响,提出了降雪量划分及相应处理措施;对不同降雪量情况下进行了除雪资源配置选择分析,考虑降雪量、管理单元长度、除雪机械效率等因素,以最快反应时间为限定指标,建立快速除雪资源配置模型,提出快速除雪机械分配建议;最终根据管理单元划分及快速除雪资源配置模型提出快速除雪防滑实施方案,为季冻区公路除雪防滑及冬季公路冰雪天气下安全管理提供技术参考。Snowstorms bring negative influence to the traffic environment,and rapid removal of snow slip is an important measure to ensure the safety of drivers.With the analysis of fast division effect snow management unit,the management unit division logic model and rapid snow management unit recommended standard have been put forward.The proposed division of snowfall and corresponding treatment measures has been made based on snowfall,snow thickness and impact on traffic operation.And it establishes the rapid snow removal machine allocation model based on the analysis of select the snow machinery allocation on different snowfall conditions with fast reaction time limit for index.In the model,influence factors include the snowfall,management unit length and snow machinery efficiency,and it proposes a quick snow removal machine allocation recommendations.Finally,according to the division of management unit and rapid snow machinery allocation model,an implementation plan has been proposed for rapid removal of snow.It can provide technical reference for the seasonal frozen district highway and safety management of snow and ice in winter.
