摘　　要：从动态物流联盟的视角分析了电力计量资源省间应急备用调配的有关问题。首先从电力计量资源省间应急备用调配的背景因素出发,界定了电力计量资源以及动态物流联盟的重要内涵;其次阐述了动态物流联盟视域下电力计量资源省间应急备用调配的结构功能体系并研究分析了这一结构功能体系的构建路径。In this paper, from the perspective of dynamic logistics alliance, we analyzed the problems on emergency deployment of electric power metering resources. First we discussed its background factors, and defined the connotation of electric power metering resources and the dynamic logistics alliance. Next, we elaborated the structure function system of the emergency deployment. In the end, we studied the construction paths of the system.
