摘　　要：在对第三方物流企业-广州FS物流进行调研的基础上,从汽车零部件物流共用平台可操作性的角度出发,应用国内外先进的物流管理理论研究成果,对我国汽车零部件物流平台的条件、网络布局以及实施策略进行了分析。In this paper, based on the survey of the third party logistics enterprise FS in Guangzhou, we analyzed the conditions, the network layout and the implementation strategies of the automobile spare parts logistics platform in China by applying the advanced logistics management research results at home and abroad from the perspective of the platform maneuverability.
