摘　　要：鉴于8S管理在执行过程中执行力度和效果得不到有力保障的问题,提出了8S圈(ESC)概念,融合了8S细致到位的执行力度和品管圈团队协作的全员管理精神,取长补短,在矩阵制团队专业技术指导下,全员共同承担责任并且因此受益,推动物流企业PDCA管理良性循环不断向前发展。In this paper, in view of the problems in the 8S management system, such as lack of force in execution and of reliable support for its effect, we proposed the concept of the 8S circle（ESC） and combined the enforceability of ESC with the whole staff management spirit emphasized in the collaboration of the quality control circle to propel the virtuous development of the PDCA management practice of the logistics enterprises.
