摘　　要：在分析了东风汽车零部件事业部配送中心仓储管理存在的问题基础上,对东风汽车零部件十堰新配送中心进行了仓库空间优化、设备选择优化、作业方式优化等一系列的改进,并对新旧配送中心仓储作业优化效果进行了对比分析,指出新配送中心更符合汽车零部件现代仓库管理的发展需要。In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the problems in the warehousing process of the distribution center of the spare parts division of Dongfeng Motor, we improved the spatial layout, equipment selection and operational modes of the Shiyan spare parts distribution center, then analyzed and compared the effect of the optimization of the distribution center, and at the end, pointed out after the optimization, the practice of the distribution center was more conducive to the development of the modern warehousing management of automobile spare parts.
