摘 要:电网发生特别严重故障导致系统出现失步的情况,因此需要在适当的地点来安装解列装置来防止振荡的进一步扩大,避免系统崩溃。风电的随机波动性和动态特性等决定了风电并网会对电网稳定性产生较大影响。随着大规模风电集中、高渗透率地接入电网,高渗透率风电与系统失步解列装置相互作用、影响,风电可能影响失步解列动作的可靠性,失步解列动作也可能影响风电可靠并网,两者交互作用给电网安全稳定运行带来了一定的风险。在此对高渗透率风电并网运行控制、失步解列装置以及二者的相互影响和配合三个方面进行了总结,为后续的研究打下了坚实的基础。Particularly serious oscillation of power grid would cause system out of step, so it' s necessary to install out-of-step splitting devices at the appropriate locations in order to prevent the spread of oscillation action and avoid system crashes. Stochastic volatility, dynamic and other characteristics of wind power will have a greater impact on the stability of the wind power grid. As a great number of high penetration wind power connected to the grid,the high penetration of wind power and out-of-step splitting device interacts each other, wind power may affect the reliability of step-splitting action,step-splitting action may also affect the reliability of wind power grid, the interaction brings a certain risk to the safe and stable operation of power grid. This paper made a conclusion from three aspects : the operation control of the high penetration of wind power connected to grid, the out-of-step splitting device and the interaction,it has laid a solid foundation for subsequent research.
