摘　　要：介绍新钢空冷经济型塑料模具钢P20的开发,通过高锰低钼的成分设计,合理控制生产工艺,轧后直接空冷,配以560~600℃回火,得到全截面贝氏体组织,钢板硬度完全满足预硬型塑料模具钢的要求。The development of economical- air- cooling plastic mould steel P20 are introduced in Xinyu Steel. The whole section of bainite are got through composition designing of high manganese and low molybdenum,reasonable controlling of the production process,direct air cooling after rolling and at tempering 560℃ ~ 600℃. The hardness of the steel plate fully meet the requirements of prehardened plastic mould steel.
