摘 要:目的:探讨阴道超声检测子宫内膜厚度联合血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位(β-HCG)检测对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法将2012年9月~2014年10月收治的130例疑似异位妊娠患者,按照确诊结果分为宫内正常妊娠组( A组)35例、宫内妊娠自然流产组(B组)30例、异位妊娠组(C组)65例,对3组的子宫内膜厚度、血清β-HCG等指标水平进行比较分析。结果 A组的子宫内膜厚度和β-HCG水平,均显著高于B组和C组( P<0.05);而B组与C组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组的子宫内膜厚度与β-HCG的联合检测符合率,均显著高于各组单项检测的符合率(P<0.05)。结论采用阴道超声检测子宫内膜厚度联合β-HCG检测,可显著提高对异位妊娠的诊断正确率,降低误诊的风险,临床应用价值价高。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography to determine the endometrial thickness in combination with serum human chorionic gonadotropin subunit (β-HCG) test in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy (EP).Methods Total 130 suspected patients with ectopic pregnancy to receive treatment in our hospital from Sep .2012 to Oct.2014 were divided into NIUP group (group A;n=35), intrauterine pregnancy and spontaneous abortion group (group B;n=30), and EP group (group C;n=65) according to the confirmed diagnosis results .The endometrial thickness , serumβ-HCG level and other indexes in the three groups were compared and analysis .Results The endometrial thickness and serum β-HCG level in group A were much higher than those in group B and C (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between group B and C (P〉0.05).The coincidence rate of joint determination of endometrial thickness and β-HCG level in the three groups was much higher than that of simple determination in each group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography to determine endometrial thickness in combination with serum β-HCG test in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy , minimize the misdiagnosis risks and achieve higher clinical value .
