金标试纸条显微图像的标定方法与参数测量

摘  要:金标试纸检测法是近年来迅速发展起来的一种生化检测技术,广泛应用于疾病诊断、食品安全等领域。金标试纸条测试仪,作为金标试纸检测法的二级传感器被用于测量金标试纸条测试线的颜色和几何特征。显微镜头用于获取反映金标试纸条测试线细节特征的图像,提高仪器的分辨能力。测微标尺作为基准被用于求解反映图像像素点距离和真实距离的定标系数。图像处理方法被用来处理测微尺图像和金标试纸条图像,保证良好的测量效果。通过对照叠加更高精度的标尺的金标试纸图像,验证测试结果的有效性,也证明了方法的可行性。Colloidal gold immunochromatographic detecting method is a biochemical detection technology devel- oped rapidly in recent years, which is widely used in disease diagnosis, food security and other fields. Colloidal gold strip test instrument, as the secondary sensor of colloidal gold immunochromatographic detecting method, is used to measure color and geometric characteristics of the test line of colloidal gold strip. To improve the reso- lution of the instrument, the microscopy lens for acquiring the image, which reflects specific features of the test line of colloidal gold strip, is used in the system. The micrometer is used to get the calibration coefficient which reflects the relationship between image pixels and true distance. In order to get better result, an image process- ing method is used to deal with image of micrometer and image of colloidal gold strip. The validity of results and the feasibility of the method are verified by comparing the image of colloidal gold strip overlying higher- precision micrometer.
