摘 要:对建筑物内常见的聚氨酯泡沫材料、布料、木板分别进行热解及阴燃实验。通过热分析实验得出失重曲线,并依据热分析动力学理论求解得出了3种物质的动力学参数-活化能和指前因子。通过阴然实验在一定程度上得出了不同热流量下物质的反应特性,在一定程度上与热分析动力学参数活化能的大小相吻合。阴燃实验热流量为1.20、2.25、3.02kW/m。结果表明:木板、布料在较低温度下就开始热解,而聚氨酯泡沫材料要在300℃以上才开始热解。The pyrolysis and smoldering experiments of the building room' s common combustible materials, polyurethane foam, cloth, wood were carried out. The weight loss curves were obtained and the kinetic parameters of these three sub- stances, activation energy and pre factor, were got based on TGA and the thermal kinetics analysis. The reaction properties of materials were obtained by the smoldering experiments with different heat flow on a certain degree. It is also consistent with the result of pyrolysis experiment. The heat flow values of smoldering experiment were 1.20 kW/m, 2.25 kW/m and 3.02 kW/m. The results showed that the wood and cloth decom- posed at low temperature and the polyurethane decomposed at high temperature than 300 ℃.
