摘　　要：以PUA/SA共混乳液为成膜物质,制备了以聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇为膨胀阻燃体系(AMP膨胀阻燃体系)的水性饰面型防火涂料。考察了配方中各重要组分对涂料防火性能及理化性能的影响。结果表明,丙烯酸聚氨酯共聚乳液与苯丙乳液按2∶1比例的共混乳液(PUSA),质量分数为30%,聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇质量比为21∶11∶9,质量分数为60%时,涂料的防火性能和理化性能达到标准要求。The waterborne finishing fire retardant paint was pre- pared with PUA/SA blending emulsion as film forming matter, and ammonium polyphosphate （APP）, melamine （MEL）, penta- erythritol （PER） as intumescent fire retardant system. The in- fluence of different components on the fire retardant perform- ance and the physical and chemical properties were studied. The results showed that when the proportion of the blending emul- sion is 30% which was the mixture of acrylic acid-co-polyure- thane emulsion （PUA） and styrene-acrylic emulsion（SA） with a ratio of 2 ： 1, and the proportion of the fire retardant system was 60%（APP ： MEL： PER=21 ： 11 ： 9）,the fire retardant performance and the physical and chemical properties of the paint could meet the qualification of standard.
