摘  要:目的探讨金匮肾气丸对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型大鼠海马神经元β-淀粉样蛋白(Beta-amyloid)和神经元核抗原(Neu N)表达的影响。方法清洁级健康SD大鼠24只,分成三组:对照组,AD模型组,中药组。采用在单侧海马注射Aβ25-35建立AD大鼠模型,SABC免疫组化方法检测各组大鼠海马神经元中Beta-amyloid和Neu N的表达。结果 1AD模型组与对照组比较,大鼠海马Beta-amyloid阳性细胞数增多(P<0.01),Neu N阳性细胞数减少(P<0.01);2中药组与AD模型组比较,大鼠海马Beta-amyloid阳性细胞减少(P<0.01),Neu N阳性细胞数增加(P<0.01)。结论金匮肾气丸能抑制Beta-amyloid阳性细胞表达,促进Neu N阳性细胞的表达,从而起到防治AD的作用。Objective To evaluate the impact of jin kui shen qi wan on expression of Beta-amyloid and Neu N in hippocampal neurons of Alzheimer's disease model rats. Methods 24 clean healthy SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group,the AD model group,TCM group. Adopt unilateral hippocampal injection of Aβ25-35 to establish AD model SABC immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of Beta-amyloid and Neu N in hippocampal neurons. Results ①AD model group compared with the control group rats hippocampus Beta-amyloid-positive cells increased( P〈0. 01) Neu N positive cells decreased( P〈0. 01); ② TCM group compared with the AD model group,Beta-amyloid-positive cells in rat hippocampus( P〈0. 01) reduction in Neu N positive cells increased( P〈0. 01). Conclusions Jin kui shen qi wan,prevention and treatment of AD,its role and inhibition of Beta-amyloid-positive cells expressed the party has to promote the expression of Neu N positive cells.
