卡介菌多糖核酸联合依巴斯汀治疗荨麻疹54例疗效评价及对血浆组胺水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合依巴斯汀治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效和对血浆组胺水平的影响。方法将216例患者随机分为4组,各54例。对照组患者采用盐酸西替利嗪治疗,观察1组、2组、3组患者分别采用依巴斯汀、卡介菌多糖核酸卡介菌多糖核酸联合依巴斯汀治疗。疗程均为4周,治疗结束后均随访4周。观察4组患者的疗效,分别于治疗前和随访结束时抽取患者外周血测定血浆组胺水平,并观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果 4组患者治疗后血浆组胺水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);观察组患者下降更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,观察3组血浆组胺水平较观察1组和2组下降显著(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率较对照组明显上升(P<0.05),观察3组总有效率较观察1组和2组上升明显(P<0.05);各组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合依巴斯汀治疗荨麻疹疗效确切且安全,能显著降低血浆组胺水平。Objective To detect the clinical efficacy of BCG- polysaccharide nucleic acid（ PSN） combined with ebastine in treating urticaria and the effects on plasma histamine level. Methods 216 patients with urticaria were randomly divided into 4 groups,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated by cetirizine hydrochloride,the observation group 1 was treated by BCG- PSN,the observation group 2 was treated by ebastine and the observation group 3 was treated by BCG- PSN combined with ebastine. All groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks after treatment. The curative effects were observed. The levels of peripheral plasma histamine were detected before and after follow up and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of plasma histamine after treatment in all groups were significantly decreased（ P 0. 05）; but the decrease in the various observation groups was more significant（ P 0. 05）,moreover the decrease in the observation group 3 was more significant than that in the observation group 1 and group 2（ P 0. 05）; the total effective rate in the various observation groups was significantly increased compared with the control group（ P 0. 05）,moreover the increase in the observation group 3 was more significant than that in the observation group 1 and group 2（ P 0. 05）; the occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no significant difference among various groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of BCG- PSN and ebastine is effective and safe for treating urticaria,which can reduce the plasma histamine level significantly.
