红参虫草胶囊联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病40例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨红参虫草胶囊联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的效果及安全性。方法将80例糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,对照组加用贝那普利,观察组在对照组基础上加用红参虫草胶囊治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后评价临床疗效,治疗前后血管内皮素水平(ET)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)、24 h尿蛋白定量(Upro)、血脂水平变化,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个疗程后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ET,Upro,Hb A1 C及血脂水平较治疗前显著降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红参虫草胶囊联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床进一步研究。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Red Ginseng Cordyceps Capsule combined with benazepril for treating diabetic nephropathy（ DN）. Methods 80 patients with DN admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group based on the random number table,40 cases in each group. All patients in the two groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment. On this basis the control group was combined with the benazepril therapy,while on the basis of the control group treatment,the observation group was combined with the therapy of Red Ginseng Cordyceps Capsule. The two weeks were as a course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment the clinical curative efficacy was evaluated. The endothelin（ ET）,glycated hemoglobin（ Hb A1C）,24 h urinary protein excretion（ Upro） and blood lipid levels were compared between before and after treatment. The adverse reactions during the treatment period were observed. Results The total effective rate after two courses of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）; the levels of ET,Upro,Hb A1 Cand lipid after treatment in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,moreover compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; the occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Red Ginseng Cordyceps Capsule combined with benazepril for treating DN is significantly effective,safe and reliable,which is worthy of being further researched.
