摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)循环应用于医院特殊药品管理的效果。方法通过医院特殊药品的管理制度、流程及一系列管理措施和方法的制订、实施并根据制度实施后出现的实际问题再采用PDCA法,以医院特殊药品整体管理情况为依据分析原因、拟订对策、定期检查效果并进行质量持续改进。结果特殊药品管理的合格率由不足40%提高到90%。结论运用PDCA循环能促进特殊药品的管理。Objective To investigate the effect of the plan,do,check,action（ PDCA） circulation applied in the specialty drugs management in a hospital. Methods By means of the formulation and implementation of the management systems,flow process and a series of management measures and according to the appearing practical problems,the PDCA method was adopted again. The causes were analyzed according to the holistic management situation of the hospital specialty drugs,the countermeasures were put forward,the effects were periodically checked and the quality was persistently improved. Results The qualification rate of the specialty drugs management to increase from less than 40% to more than 90%. Conclusion Applying the PDCA circulation can promote the management of special drugs.
