蔗糖铁注射液联合复方阿胶浆治疗产后贫血69例

摘　　要：目的观察蔗糖铁注射液联合复方阿胶浆治疗产后贫血的临床疗效,并总结和分析产后贫血的护理要点。方法将138例产后贫血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各69例,对照组患者给予蔗糖铁注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用复方阿胶浆治疗,蔗糖铁注射液治疗3 d,复方阿胶浆治疗4周。分别观察治疗前后红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、总铁结合力(TIBC)等指标的变化,结合患者症状和体征的改善情况评价疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总有效率为65.22%,低于观察组的79.71%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的RBC,Hb,HCT均较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),且观察组患者升高更明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的SF较治疗前有显著上升(P<0.05),而Tf较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组患者较对照组SF升高更明显,而TIBC下降更多(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论蔗糖铁注射液联合复方阿胶浆治疗产后贫血临床疗效良好,能有效促进红系造血、改善患者贫血症状,且不良反应小,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Iron Sucrose Injection combined with Compound Ejiao Slurry in treating postpartum anemia,and to summarize and analyze its nursing key points. Methods 138 patients with postpartum anemia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,69 cases in each group. The control group was treated by Iron Sucrose Injection,while the observation group was treated by Iron Sucrose Injection combined with Compound Ejiao Slurry. The changes of red blood cells（ RBC）,hemoglobin（ Hb）,hemotocrit（ HCT）,serum ferritin（ SF） and total iron binding capacity（ TIBC） indexes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. At the same time,the curative effects were evaluated by combining with the improvement situation of symptoms and signs,furthermore the occurrence situation of adverse reactions was also observed. The nursing key points were summarized and analyzed. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the control group was 65. 22%,which was significantly lower than 79. 71% in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; RBC,Hb and HCT after treatment in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,moreover the increase in the observation group was more significant（ P〈0. 05）; the SF after treatment in the two groups was significantly increased compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,while TIBC was significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,moreover the increase of SF and the decrease of TIBC in the observation group were more significant,the differences were statistical significant（ P〈0. 05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statistical difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Iron Sucrose Injection combined with Compound Ejiao Slurry in treating postpartum anemia has better clinical effect,can effectively promote erythropoiesis,improves the patient＇s anemia symptoms with less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotio
