摘　　要：高脂血症(HLM)在临床检验工作中较常见,会对临床生化、血凝、放射免疫测定(RIA)、荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)等检验项目造成干扰。分析HLM对临床检验项目的干扰,并重点综述去除HLM对临床检验项目测定干扰的有效方法很有必要。该文就HLM的概念、对项目测定结果的干扰与消除措施等进行了阐述。Hyperlipidemia（ HLM） is common in clinical detection work,which can interfere with the detection items of clinical biochemistry,blood clotting,radioimmunoassay（ RIA） and fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction（ PCR）. The interference of HLM on the clinical testing items is analyzed and the review focuses on the effective methods for removing the interference of HLM on the clinical detection items. In this review,the concept of HLM,its interference on the item determination results and eliminating measures are elaborated.
