摘 要:目的探讨多学组参与的个案追踪护理教学查房的效果。方法南京军区南京总医院自2013年1月开展由全院15个学组共同参与的个案追踪护理教学查房,经过12个月的试行后,通过自行设计问卷调查及统计病房护理不良事件的发生率和上报率,从护士对教学查房的满意度、患者及家属对护理服务的满意度以及护理安全管理3方面,比较其与以往常规护理教学查房的效果。结果实行多学组参与的个案追踪护理教学查房后,护士对教学查房的满意度、患者及家属对护理服务的满意度以及护理安全管理均较之前明显提高(P均<0.05)。结论多学组参与的个案追踪护理教学查房形式,能有效提高护士综合素质、提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度、对护理安全防范起到积极作用,可有效保障患者安全,提高查房效果。Objective To investigate the effects of follow-up nursing rounds involving multidisciplinary team.Methods Since January 2013,follow-up nursing rounds involving 15 disciplinary teams had been carried out in our hospital. After 12-month pilot rounds,the effects of the novel nursing rounds were compared with that of the routine nursing rounds,including the nurses' satisfaction with the nursing rounds,the patients' and their relatives' satisfaction with the relatives 'care,and the safety management of nursing. Results The novel follow-up nursing rounds significantly improved the nurses' satisfaction with the nursing rounds,the patients' and their elatives' satisfaction with the nursing care,and the safety management of nursing( all P 0. 05).Conclusion The follow-up nursing rounds involving multidisciplinary team can improve the nurses 'comprehensive quality,the patients ' and their relatives ' satisfaction with the nursing care,and the safety management of nursing.
