摘　　要：如何解决新型城镇化进程中的融资难题,已成为制约河南省新型城镇化进程加快发展的首要因素。破解河南省新型城镇化建设融资困局,关键是要建立和完善财政支持新型城镇化建设的长效机制;建立多形式、多元化、多渠道投融资体系;创造良好的金融生态环境,开辟城镇化建设投融资新渠道;加强投融资平台风险管理和风险预警等。How to solve the financing problems in the process of new urbanization has become the primary factor restricting the new urbanization in Henan province to speed up the process of development. If we crack the financial hardship of the new urbanization construction in Henan province,the key is to establish and improve the long-term mechanism of financial support for new urbanization construction,to establish various forms,diversified,multi-channel financing system,to create a good financial ecological environment,open up new financing channels of investment and strengthen the investment and financing platform of risk management and risk warning and so on.
