摘　　要：高校图书馆读者个人信息的效用能够通过共享得到发挥。但在共享活动中,读者与管理人员信息素养的缺失对信息安全造成了风险,这又阻碍了信息效用的充分发挥。针对此问题,我国应当综合应用立法规制与高校自律等多种手段,通过加强信息素养教育来提升管理人员的道德水平,培养读者的信息意识,从而在确保信息安全的前提下促进共享。The effect of the readers＇ personal information in the university library will be played by the sharing. However, in the sharing activity, the lack of the readers＇ and libra＇rians＇ information literacy causes the risk for the information safty, and also hinders the information utility gives full play. Aiming at these problems, our country should comprehensively apply various means, such as the legislative regulation, the universtiy self-discipline, promote the moral level of the manager and cultivate the information con- sciousness of the reader through strengthing the information literacy, so as to promote the sharing on the premise of ensuring the information salty.
