国内外高校图书馆组织结构现状分析

摘　　要：通过对国内外415家高校图书馆组织结构进行的网络调查与分析发现,高校图书馆在具体部门设置上存在显著差异。借鉴国外经验,未来我国高校图书馆需要在着重升级与重组传统采编部,重视数字化部门,增设科研数据监管部门、学术交流与出版部门、战略规划部门、用户研究部门等方面推进图书馆组织结构的变革。Through investigating and analysing 415 university libraries at home and aboard from the web, we could find the significant difference of the department setting in university libraries. Drawing lessons from the foreign experience, universities library in China should pay more attention to four aspects for promoting the organization structure change, such as upgrading and recombining the traditional department of purchasing ＆ cataloguing, emphasizing the department of the digitization; adding the department of the research data supervision, the department of the academic exchange and publishment, the department of the strategic planning and the department of the user study.
