公共图书馆“模拟联合国”活动探究

摘　　要：我国"模拟联合国"活动存在发展不均衡、功利化趋势严重等问题。公共图书馆开展"模拟联合国"活动具有以下现实意义:开启"全民教育"、"公民外交"新纪元;提供交友平台并促进图书馆实践其第三空间功能;以创新型"体验式阅读"促进公共图书馆阅读推广。公共图书馆开展"模拟联合国"活动,可从以下路径入手:注重馆校、馆社多元合作;深挖馆藏资源并创新活动形式与内容;寻求自主与公益相结合的资金支持;搭建反馈与交互机制相融合的技术平台。The ＂Model United Nations＂ activity in China has some problems, such as the unbalanced development, the serious utilitarian tendency, and so on. The ＂Model United Nations＂ activity of the public library has the following practical significance： opening a new era of the＂education for all＂ and the＂citizen diplomacy＂; providing the platform to make friends and promoting the library to practice the function of its third space; and promoting the reading promotion of the public library by the innovative pattern of the ＂experiential reading＂. The public library could take following paths to develop the ＂Model United Nations＂ activity： paying attention to the diverse cooperation between the library and the university, the library and the social institution; digging deeply of collection resources and innovating the form and the content of the activity; seeking the fund support combined with the autonomy and the public welfare; and building the technology platform integrated with the feedback and the interaction mechanism.
