摘　　要：目前国内高校图书馆新一轮门户网站的改版缺乏顶层设计。通过分析高校图书馆普遍存在的信息孤岛现象,以及目前图书馆管理系统的局限性,借鉴产业界信息化管理的成功经验,从高校图书馆门户网站改版的实际工作中出发,设计出的符合高校图书馆需求的图书馆实体模型和信息化管理模式,以资源利用率、服务满意率和馆员贡献率的提高为目标,不断推动高校图书馆信息化管理模式的实践和优化。At present, a new round of the redesign of the university library portal is lack of the top-level design. Through analyzing the limitation of current library management systems and the information isolated island phenomenon that is ubiquitous throughout university libraries, drawing lessons from the industry＇s successful experience of the informatization management, library physical models and the informatization management mode which meet the need of university libraries are designed from the actual work of university libraries＇s new website portal. It will take the resource utilization, the service satisfaction rate and the contribution rate as the goal to promote the practice and optimizatizatization of the informatization management of university libraries.
