摘　　要：《图书馆战略规划研究》结合我国图书馆战略规划的时代背景与重要性,通过图书馆战略理论的引入,创造性地构建了图书馆战略规划模型,并将图书馆战略规划模型应用到各类型图书馆中进行研究,同时结合各类型图书馆自身特征提出相应对策。该研究依据图书馆战略规划编制了图书馆战略规划指南,制定了图书馆事业的战略规划的建议案,建设了图书馆战略规划辅助网站,对促进我国图书馆事业的可持续发展具有重要意义。Strategic Planning of the Chinese Library combines the time background and the importance of our country＇s library strategic planning, introduces the library strategic theory to build the model of the library strategic planning creatively, then applies the model of the library strategic planning to study all kinds of libraries.It proposes countermeasures based on the characteristics of all kinds libraries. It is based on the library strategic planning to make the guide of the library strategic planning and the recommendation of the library cause strategic planning and build the auxiliary site of the library strategic planning. The research has important implications for the sustainable development of the librarianship.
